I just had a Dentist check up yesterday and I was wondering how many people actually floss.

Everyday. I used to not and then I was seeing the dentist 4x a year and I hated it, so I listened to them and now I'm down to 3x year.

I floss about everyday the weeks following a dentist appointment..
sadly, i floss less and less as the days go by..

Similar story here. I didn't do it often, but never had teeth problems... time went on and out of nowhere, I started getting multiple cavities every time I was at the dentist, needed crowns, all of that - it was enough to convert me. Happily, I haven't had a new cavity in over 2 1/2 years now since I've been flossing regularly

I do now. I have to have below the gumline cleaned because I wasn't flossing. It was not fun. SO now I floss everynight before bed. I am mad at myslef for not doing it before. I could have prevented all my problems if I just took an extra minute each night.

I floss and use a interdental brush. I had 2 root canals and a cavity along my gumline, no way do I want to go thru that again!!!
