I try to when I brush, but I admit I don't always spend the time doing it. My dentist/hygenist tells me all the time they can tell I don't

I floss every night, rinse & brush 2 x a day but I unfortunately have genetically bad teeth so I get cavities  At least I have teeth, though!!

I go through phases where I will do it every night, and then a few nights in a row of getting to bed exhausted and I stop for a while. Then I wiill start back up again and the cycle continues.

Mine were the same when I first started. If you keep up with it, your gums will toughen up.
I floss every day. I've never had a cavity.

Religiously at night - every night. Even when I was coming home sh1tfaced in my 20's - I would fall asleep with make up on - but my teeth were clean! It seems pointless to do more than brush in the morning.
I will also say that my teeth are STILL a mess!

Once a day. And I use the Hydrofloss machine thingy that my dentist recommends...OMG, the stuff that comes out of my teeth sockets!

every day - mostly twice a day or more if needed. it is so important and believe me, when you see people with bad teeth it becomes even more apparent! also, when you smell someone's breath who has gum disease - OH MY LORD -  if that doesn't make you run for the floss i don't know what will.
i used to think that it hurt too but the more you do it and the better floss you use (like the glide floss) - after time, you don't even feel it anymore.
