Elmo LIVE at TRU...
For anyone still looking for Elmo LIVE - the Toys R' Us at Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream had a GIANT pile of them when i was there earlier today....Happy shopping!

I saw them at Target in Medford today and yesterday.
I don't think there is a rush on them.

I think alot of people are waiting to see if the price is going to drop or waiting for the TRUs BIG book comes (on sunday) for the coupon. I know alot of moms saying they dont want to spend that much on an elmo doll.

Honestly, I don't see a huge difference between it (granted it was in the box) and the Tickle Me Elmo we got DS during the summer and I wouldn't really spend $60 on it. IMO.

I think that a majority of people feel the same as you, plus the way things are right now also has a factor also.. reason they arent flying off the shelves. This is the first movable doll i bought dd, tho more than i would have liked to spend.. it really is cute and i think she will love it.

I think the Elmo live actually does do a whole lot more, is a whole lot realer etc, but I would never have spent $60 on a tickle me elmo.
Iam still on the shelf about buying this one. Noah loves Elmo but I think he will still love it next yr when its cheaper too.

We saw that thing today at Target and Emma's a huge Elmo fan, but wasn't impressed. He's scary the way his mouth opens so HUGEEEE like that!
