job dilemma
after countless attempts to get my foot in the door of a major organization in LI I got a job interview for a recruiter position. initially the job posted was for a permanent position during the interview it was noted that the position changed to a contract position w/ a possiblity turing into a permanent position. Im currently employed full time w/ benefits but Im torn btwn leaving my current position for a contract one however the job would be ideal and pays significantly more. With the economy looking dim not sure whether to take a risk. ANY THOUGHTS?

Re: job dilemma
nope, not in this economy.
They changed the job to temp because if they rif they won't have to pay severance.
In a better economy, I would make the change but it's too risky now.
Good luck with your decision.
