yup... this is something I might make if DH isn't aroud.... Also, you can pick something up at a local restaurant that your DH won't eat. I usually order sushi since DH doesn't like it mac and cheese pasta salad (pasta and throw in any veggies you have and mix with dressing) cereal... yup, sometimes I can have just that for dinner like I did back in the days I was single grilled cheese frozen dinner leftovers

If I'm only cooking for me I'll usually buy a package of chicken. Take a piece or 2 out, season it, george foreman it and then put the rest in the fridge or freezer.

when I got home I realized there wasn't much besides pasta (everthing has to be defrosted) so I went with PB&J sandwich -- it was like 2nd grade all over again
