casserole recipies
i'm looking to try casserole cooking
i was thinking that it would make my evenings run smoother if i could have everything in the casserole dish from the night before. this way i can teach ds to turn on the oven and just put it in... and like magic, dinner can be done when i get home.
wow! wouldn't that be a dream come true!
what are your favorite casserole recipes?

Re: casserole recipies
My mother used to make tuna casseroles when we were kids. I think it was pretty easy...(I haven't eaten tuna in years and years, so I don't make this at all)
Egg noodles cooked cream of mushroom soup can of tuna (maybe 2?)
Mix it all up, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, stick in the oven until hot.
I suppose you could do something similar with chicken too.
