so ever since I stopped working 9 to 5

I have gone down 2 sizes

I finally realized why today

I no longer eat just to eat (out of bored, miseray, b/c someone else it eating etc)

I stop eating when I am full

I am basically eating what I want- in moderation

today there is a tray of cookies at my office- I ate one, realized they weren't very good- and now I can walk by them with out even looking

in the past I would have kept eating them

now if I could only figure out how I changed my thinking- I would be rich Chat Icon
