What Qs to ask at an interview?
When you go on an interview..and they ask if you have any questions...what do you say?
If they've gone over: duties/responsibilities/pay/vacation time/hours...
I always feel like I should ask something..but I'm not sure what..and then I feel dumb that I didn't ask.

You should always ask something.
1. Remember you are interviewing them also, so find out more about the culture. How long have the interviewers been in this position? What do they like best about working for the company? (If they start to squirm, you may want to reconsider...) Why is the position vacant? What is the growth potential within the organization?
2. When you do research about the company and the industry, try to develop questions about how the company is dealing with current trends, etc.
3. My personal favorite: What are you looking for in an ideal candidate? (This is great because it puts the ball back in your court to sell yourself as meeting their top priorities).
eta.: Don't bring up salary or benefits - let them discuss these issues first. But, make sure that you have an idea what range you are looking for so that you can answer a question about what your expected salary is.

All good suggestions. You can ask about the supervisory style of your potential supervisor--usually good to know. I always ask PP question about the interviewer's favorite thing about working there (or similarly, if they've been there for a long time, why have they chosen to stay? If they're new, what made them decide to take their position?).
I usually ask about the challenges of the position, depending on what has been discussed.

I would also ask about the review process, how and who rates you and if you have certain goals that you are accountable for. I would also do some reading on whatever industry is and talk about emerging trends and what they are doing to keep up.

This is a great question. Make sure after the interview you write down notes about how they answered it. When you are offered the job, if they are unwilling to negotiate on salary at this point, you can ask for an earlier review to reconsider salary adjustment.
