ww and being sick
sorry if this is tmi, but i got food poisoning yesterday and threw up just about everything I ate. I know this sounds ridiculous, but do i still have to count points since the food left my body? Sorry again if tmi, just wanted some opinions, especially if something like this has happened to you. TIA!

Awwwe you poor thing  I don't remember if that has happened to me while on weight watchers but I have to say when I am sick I don't pay much attention to counting points. Just concentrate on eating healthy and getting better

i had a stomach virus over the summer and didnt count points.
