How do you know if you have the flu?

I'm EXTREMELY fatigued right now (I can barely move) and feel nauseous and yet famished at the same time.

I do not have a fever am not coughing or anything like that. I am a bit congested.

Does this sound like the flu?

I think you would have a fever if it's the flu, but who knows! This site has a section on FLU

I just got over the flu. It started out with body aches. Mild at first on Wed. then Thu it was a little stronger but I was up and about most of Thu. At dinnertime I told my DH I had to go to bed and basically didn't get out till Sat AM. The fever didn't really start till Thu night.

Hope you are not sick. I'm all for 24 hours of lounging in bed but not with fevered body aches.

Thanks girls. I did look up symptoms but I definitely do not have a fever - must not be the flu. Am actually feeling better now.
