When should that lovely Aunt be showing again?

I had my m/c on 11/21 confirmed via u/s and my D&C on 11/25. I had a 35-40 day cycle....should I expect her like I would normally or will she show whenever? I have started wearing pads in preperation, but man I feel so gross...I was a tampon girl before. Also......Joe and I have been bd just about everyday we have off together, partly to get pg again, but mostly because we had not in months due to Las Vegas and the doc telling us not to. So we're making up for lost time. Thanks Ladies......I guess I'm looking forward to her so we can move on, but when she came how did you feel? Relieved, excited, sad, scared, numb, overwhelmed you had to start over. I feel like every step back to TTC hurts a little more. TIA!

I think I felt all of those emotions- mostly happy to have it all behind me and finally being able to start again. The waiting for AF is frustrating b/c you are just in limbo....once she comes then at least you are waiting to O, or in the TWW.

ALTHOUGH.....since you are already trying again, you never know- maybe she won't show at all! ;)

I think for most people it's somewhere between 4 and 7 weeks...just based on what I have read. For me, it was 5 I think. But it seems like it's really just different for everyone.....

I am still waiting. It is five weeks since my D&C. I don't feel it coming either. Like the other post, it is very frustrating, as you are in limbo. I am just waiting and waiting. Hang in there...

I did not have a D&C since it was a natural m/c.

AF showed up Sunday night at 26 days. Like a regular AF cycle for me.

I know how you feel. I felt such in limbo waiting for AF.

But AF kicked my butt. I got really sick. Headaches 2-3 days before she showed up. Horrible painful cramps. Lots of bleeding the 1st day.

My OB told me 5 weeks on average. Could be a bit shorter, could be a bit longer. And your cycle are longer in general so you might me later than 5 weeks.

Thanks ladies....I go for blood work tomorrow since they never tracked my HCG nad so by next week we'll know if we have a Christmas miricle or if AF is getting ready to show. I'm feeling better just blah now. They said they'll track the HCG until it's 5 or below, but they also can tell if it's going up or not. Me have not stopped "trying" but we're not so active in the oh could I be oing, and so on. It's just fun again, and not so much pressure. Thanks ladies......I am prepared for her. It'll be bitter-sweet but I am prepared to know we really are starting over. Does that make sense?

I have a 40ish day cycle too. I had my D&C on Oct 16 and got AF on Dec 1

I got my period exactly 28 days from the d&c. My cycle is usually 26-27 days.
