Metformin
is anyone on this, i'm a type 1 diabetic the doctor put me on this to help with wieght loss, and cycsyt on my ovaries...
i dont see any diffrence i've been on it for 6 weeks

it took 3 months to equal my body out. I was on 1500mg and well worth any side effects.

I was on it because I was "borderline" pre-diabetic..which Ive never heard before but apparently I had a slight sugar problem. Because of this, I wasnt getting monthly periods and of course wasnt ovulating. We were trying to have a baby so the re put me on this. I started taking it in about May and got pregnant in December. So it worked! Its harsh on the stomach, that part was awful but it helped me have my beautiful baby girl!
