what does it mean
when they say "submit resume in confidence"???
does that mean they don't want the internal employees to know they are hiring for that position?
does it mean they won't tell your employer?
does it mean...?

I've always taken that to mean that they will not disclose the fact that you have submitted a resume to your current employer.
