My Uneventful Update
I'm not even sure why I'm posting, but I guess I'm just feeling a little bit sorry for myself and am going to shamelessly ask for hugs
As you know, I *thought* I was due for AF last weekend - well she never showed. I have been taking HPTs on and off for nearly 2 weeks now and ALL have been BFNs - not even the slightest trace of a line. I have really no symptoms at all. I feel a teeny bit PMSy but not like I normally do when AF is about to come. I obviously either (a) didn't ovulate this cycle, (b) I missed my ovulation date altogether, (c) O'd at a much later date than I thought OR (d) maybe I have yet to ovualte at all?!?! I just have NO IDEA!
As of today I'm on CD41, which really isn't SHOCKING for me (me being queen of irregular cycles) BUT I really thought I'd ovulated early this month and now am left so confused
I didn't chart, take temps, etc so i cannot look to that for guidance. I only used my fertility monitor and OPKs
I am heading back to my gyno on Monday to see what is going on, but I just feel like this is the sign of more problems to come for me if my cycles continue being this erratic
Anyhow, my stupid question of the day - really what can the doctor do for me anyhow on Monday?? I'm not even sure why I should go, unless there someway she will be able to examine me, take blood, and/or see if AF is around the corner? I feel like going on Monday is a waste of time, esp. if I get no answers!

OHHH felicia....I 'm so sorry. It *****! Plain and simple.
I would go to the Dr. just to explain your frustration. DO you know why your cycles are so irregular?? Maybe there is something they can give you to make them more regular.
She can also give you an RX for blood work on the right days tommorow.
GO to the Dr.

You should definitely speek to your doctor about everything going on. Maybe they can start some tests or even do a sono to see if you will start AF soon (they can view your uterine lining I think with an internal sono)

Maybe the Dr will give you Provera (i think that is the pill) to bring on AF. That is what my GYN did when I was at CD41 and then he put me Clomid. Maybe your hormones are all out of wack so that is why AF is so irregular. That was my problem. Once I was on clomid my period was more regular.

Flee- Go to the dr. see what they tell you. There is medicine that can force AF to come. Perhaps she can put you on that and then start you on clomid?

Flee you know I got nothing but for ya. Maybe you should ask the doctor about Provera thats what I take to bring on the period and then start you on the Clomid. Good luck sweetie!!!

Flee-- I'm so so sorry you are so down.
You are not wasting your time by going to the Dr. Definitley ask about those meds... maybe one might be right for you.
It's totally a rollercoaster, and it's not fun at all.

I am definitely going to keep my appointment for Monday, thanks for the information and advice. I know I am just feeling sorry for myself BUT for some reason today is just a bad day, I'm sure I'll be fine in due course

My cycles are very irregular also, and that was how the Dr. regulated them. You may have to have further testing, but that is usually where they seem to start. BTW, if it makes you feel any better...my friend goes through this and she was put on provera/clomid(50mg) and got PG the first month!

I'm sorry  . I feel your pain. Tested AGAIN today (CD 33) and yet another BFN! Why is it so FLIPPIN HARD?
ETA: I am going to the GYN on Monday too. We are twins.
