i survived my first spin class!
It was an hour long, but it actually went pretty fast! It was tough but I just took it easy and took a few breaks, but stuck it out for the whole class! My legs are burning but I'll be back next week!

i really got into it and like it a lot now, though it really depends on the teacher. watch it though. your 'down there' will hurt in the beginning!
