New here and a question
I'm just about 5 weeks pregnant and for the past few days I have felt cramping in my uterus - is this normal? I'm not bleeding at all, just feeling discomfort at times. Thank you!

You may want to ask your doctor but i have had plenty of cramping and it has all been normal. Part of the growing. Welcome and congrats!

I am 5 weeks also and I get cramping too. My doctor said it is normal as long as there is no bleeding or if the pain gets to be more severe. Happy And Healthy 9!!!

I'm about 5 weeks too and the same here...if you start bleeding heavy then call your doc...mine did tell me that light spotting is normal.

I cramped early on and actually went to the ER. It frightened me but they said it was normal.
Sometimes I was just gassy

another 5 weeker here and i've been cramping since 5dpo on and off. its normal unless its accompanied with alot of bleeding.

light Cramping in general is normal - always be alert for changes and when in doubt call your OB for reassurance.

Welcome! I'm 6wk 1day and the cramps are mostly gone. I got them right away and thought they were AF cramps. Totally normal.

Some cramping is normal, as long as it's not constant and accompanied by bleeding.

i had a lot of cramping in the beginning dr told me its my uterus growing and baby attaching as long as no blood u r safe
but please dont listen to me always ask your dr. he knows best he is the one with a degree. thats what i learned when i dont feel well i ask the dr then search for advise on here.

Thank you everyone! I go for my first doctor's appointment on Monday and will discuss it with him then. It has lessened a bit since yesterday.
