Anything going around? Virus?
Poor DH had a 101.4 temp last night and hasliterally been sick to his stomach since Weds. Does anyone know if anything is going around.
Also everyone notice how when men are sick it is the end of the world? As if noone has ever been so sick before. LOL. But at the same time they are too macho to take medicine or stay home from work.

someone i know just got the flu.
ive been having a sore throat for the last week, but i dont know what it is. im hoping its allergies.
hope he feels better soon

I was just thinking the same thing, last night my DH had a fever as well...chills, horrendous sore throat....I guess something is going around!

Yeah Weds night he started with the chills under a bunch of blankets. Next thing he was sweating.

I think it has to do with the change of weather as well. I was sick like two weeks ago, for a whole two weeks, it was horrible.

Glad it's not just me. I've had the most god-awful sore throat for the past few days, I've been coughing and sneezing, and I had a fever a couple of days ago.

A lot of the teachers and kids have been sick in my school.
One of the teachers had a sinus infection that was so bad that her EARS started bleeding!

sounds like the flu, when i got it this year it started with a sore throat, then when i went to fl it progressed had 101-104 fever for 4 days went to the hospital they gave me some meds was feeling better the next day

Yes, there is a viral thing going around.
What stinks is that it's viral, so antibiotics won't kick it.
DH is just getting over it & one of my co-workers has it.
