how much weight loss can be expected?
how much can i realistically expect to drop if i do everything my trainer taught me? and i do it consistantly, 4 to 5 times a week... and my diet improves
i'd like to know of a realistic number to know if i'm "on track".

Most people average .5-2 lbs a week, though you may lose more in the beginning. It also depends on your current weight and how much you have to lose.
For me I'm 5'6" and started at 164... I'm down 8 1/2 pounds in about 6 weeks. I'm doing WW and working out 5-6 days a week. I know that it will likely start to slow soon though.

My Dr. said loosing 1-3 lbs a week is perfect. The more you work out and build muscle the more calories you will burn. Add weights as you get more experienced. Good luck!

If I do everything right, I can lose like 5 pounds a month...but I don't know if that's typical or not.

weight watchers says you should lose between .5 and 2 pounds a week (I think someone else already said that) but there also may be weeks where you have bigger or smaller losses. Don't get discouraged if it slows down a little- it's totally normal. Good luck
