Officially introducing myself to this side of the boards....
It's been a tough first month adjusting to life as a single Mom, but I've finally got a few minutes to stop in and introduce my boy.

I'm looking forward to chatting with you ladies! I've already received such great info just from lurking on this board during my pregnancy. Your info and suggestions have helped me get through the first month with flying colors....so, thank you!

He was actually still a possible Micah until he was born. I saw him with his blond/light brown hair, and I knew he was a Caleb instead! Since his Dad took off on me, I decided against using Jakob as a middle name -- I wanted something different, so I used Jaxon (and Franklin is my stepdad's name)....so he has two middle names officially! lol Plus, Micah combined with my last name sounded a little funny.
But, I'm glad you his new name. It definitely suits him.
