What age for Ear piercing???
What age did you get your daughter's ears pierced and where did you go?
I want them done before her christening next month and she's almost 3 months old now.

Abby just had hers done almost 2 weeks ago at her 6 month peds visit. Some doctors suggest to wait until 4 month shots are done. It depends on the individual practice I would guess.

My ped let me do dd ears after her 4 month checkup. I would have preferred her ped to do it, but they dont. I went to my jeweler.

my ped gave us the go ahead after her 2 mos visit she's turning 3 mos on sat and I think I'm going to have them done sometime next week

My girls got them done the same day they got their first round of shots. Kaitee was a few days shy of 2 months old and Brooke was 2 1/2 months old.

3 months! Went to a jewelry store, and had no problems. I feel its better to get it done when there small since they have no clue where there ears are yet and can't touch them and get them infected!

i got them done when dd was around 7 months at the peircing pogada in the mall. the dr gave the go ahead after her first round of shots but i waited cuz i was chicken lol

My older DD had hers pierced when she was 3 months old. My younger DD got the go ahead at 2 months. She is 4 months now, still not pierced because the piercing people say her ears are still too small.....

We waited until 9 months. DD pulled on her ears a lot before that to sooth herself to sleep.

We will have DD's ears pierced when she asks for it. I don't think it's necessary to put her through it right now.
