Starting over

So after much debate I have decided to leave my job. I have accepted a new position back on the road as a part time paramedic for another company and I will be starting back to Nursing school full time in the fall. I am very anxious and scared, but so ready to leave where I work now. For those of you that started over and went back to school how hard was it to do this?

I think what has always been the hard part for me, is to actually bite the bullet and go through with the change. Once I actually did that, things were fine and I adapted well right away. A lot of us get so used to our "routine" that it's hard to actually move forward and start something new.

I went through similar stuff when I started grad school, and it all worked out well.

Every time I start itching to get a new job, I always go through this stuff too.
