awesome weight loss tool
I know that a lot of us are looking for motivation on the journey to weight loss and I just came across an awesome site to post questions, blog, track meals and calories and to log weight loss
www.caloriecount.about.com
you can create an account and then track what you eat on a daily basis, chat with others trying to loose weight and even blog if you so choose!
GL girls, i want to loose a good 40 lbs before the end of July and today starts the journey!!
PS - we bought and elliptical last night

thanks for that. I'm on a mission also to lose 15 pounds by May/June. I started getting "serious" on Monday and so far lost 2.6 pounds. So i'm on my way. I'm going to check out that website tho, sounds very helpful.

I'm a fatty I started WW last week. The first few weeks is just water weight and it's usually the most amount you will lose per week.

Karin, I am on track with that too!! I made a confesssion on the Diet & Fitness board on here about my weight gain/loss.
