Need bedding ideas for a girl.
The bedroom is a slate blue and we're not painting. DH wants to paint a pattern to make it more girly. So I need something that will go with a Slate Blue but feminine. I have two boys and want to get something new.

How about a pale yellow? you can work in baby pink, lilac, etc in the bedding

i LOVE pink gingham!
I'm not registering for a bedding set, but getting pink gingham sheets and a 3-layer pink tulle dust ruffle thingy. I'm trying to do a shabby chi type of nursery (though, it will probably be more shabby than chic lol) and originally we were going to paint the walls a darker shade of blue, but now i'm thinking we might go with a green. Still, i think these would work with either.

ETA: I wouldn't even paint the pattern- i would just get really girly accesories, decor and fabrics. I think the blue will balance that out so that it doesn't look too prissy.

ITA! I think the blue will balance it out nicely, but go soft with color, like pp said. Pale pink, green and yellow. Pretty!
