missed period but not pregnant
AF is about 10 days but I keep testing negative and I have absolutely zero symptoms. I don't have any pms symptoms either. I am pretty sure it's a true BFN
Where is my period?! I'm 37 and I am starting to think I might be going through early menopause. For months now I have been hot and sweaty while everyone else is fine or even cold. I also had two very embarassing instances of vaginal dryness  which I had to convince poor DH had nothing to with him( I know that's TMI). Now my very regular cycle has decided to go m.i.a.
We're coming up on 6 months of TTC so it's time to go to an RE. I'm really scared

I would check with a dr soon. The sooner you find out what is going on maybe you can start to feel better. Good Luck!!!!

I would call your Doctor and go in for a visit to discuss it with them, I would not jump to bad conclusions though until you know what is going on =( good luck

I would call the DR. I just had a month like that too. I finally got AF yesterday after 44 days. The pervious month was a 27 day cycle.

I had a crazy cycle like that too. I think it was because I was sick and on antibiotics. Best of luck with the RE

Thank you for responding :)
I just read them (I wasn't able to be on). I am hoping you are right and it's just a crazy cycle. Today is CD40 -- still no AF symptoms.
What sort of tests do the PCP do, if any? Is there anything I should specifically ask them to run? I always feel like I have to be very specific -- I've been brushed off in the past ( ) Or should I wait and have all blood work done by the RE?
