Many questions...
So I am on another round of IUI, and probably the last. I have a few questions that are on my mind. I usuallly O around day 15-16 according to my smiley OPK. However, I have now been going to an amazing RE and I do not take the OPK anymore, just the sono in the office. Is it weird that according to RE, I should go in today for IUI, day 11??? I am concerned that it is too early. I have been on letrozole and Gonal-F, so maybe you O earlier??? I am so confused, and of course thought of these questions last night when I could not sleep. Any help would be great!!! Thanks!

Re: Many questions...
Is your doctor taking blood work? Its possible that the meds are making you O earlier...they will look for a surge. I usually O around the same time as you, I never O'd that early either. Just make sure they are looking for your surge via blood work and that they are not just looking at the size of your follicles.
Good luck to you!

Re: Many questions...
they give you the ovidrel to induce ovulation. so they must have seen mature follies on your sono and than decided you were ready to have the IUI. The ovidrel will time ovulation with the time of the IUI so you have a higher success rate.
Without the ovidrel, you prob would not have ovulated until day 14 or later.
