bfp and spotting?
I just got a faint BFP (maybe 8-9 dpo)on tuesday, a + on a digital on Wednesday. I went for a blood test wednesday and it came back positive - my hcg was in the 30's so it is reallly early.
On Friday i started spotting brown grossness, called my doctor but she was entirely unconcerned. It continued alitte today - noticible primarily when i went to the bathroom.
did any of you have this so early right after your bfp?

It could be implantation spotting.

i had brown spotting when i wiped during week 5 and as soon as i hit week 6 it stopped. spotting early on is completely normal. try not to worry.

I didn't find out I was PG until I was 8 weeks--I bled in the beginning and thought it was my period--then after I found out I was PG-I spotted for like two weeks--U never know, everyone is different!!! If ur doctor was not worried I am sure u will be ok!!!

I am 10 weeks and occasionally up until now, I still spot.

I had spotting between 8-10DPO. I thought it was an early period but then I got my BFP at 14 DPO. Most of what I read said that's around the time when you can have implantation bleeding. You should be fine! Good luck!

I had this when I was about 4 weeks. I called my Dr. and they said it's probably old blood and is somewhat normal as long is it isn't accompanied by certain symptoms. I would call your OB and tell them as a precaution.

Brown spotting is completely normal. It can be part of implantation. Only worry if its red and if you have cramping
