We are buying a co-op !
We have to start somewhere !! 2 bed, 1 bath with a patio, gated community, new outdoor pool and a small fitness center. Hoping to close by August !!

Congrats!
We did the same thing - just makes the most sense right now for our lives - no kids yet and we wanted easy maitenence and easy commute to work.
We are very happy with our choice!
Good luck with the closing process, it can be a bit daunting, but it will all be worth it in the end.

We are actually going to be putting our co-op on the market in June. We have a lake with a balcony over it, a pool, tennis court, and we are on the second floor. Fisherman's wharf, West Babylon! Keep an eye out! 5 min. from train and 10 min from beach
