3 positives at home ... they are sending me for a BETA test ..has anyone else had this happen?

I didn't have a negative preggo test at the Dr. but they did send me for a beta. Maybe you are very early-not all pregnancy tests pick up early pregnancy. A beta is the best way to know!

my docs office said it was very faint, but thats bc i was so early. we went back 3 weeks later and all was ok. dont stess, do u have an idea of how far along you are?

What kind of test was done at the doctor's office? Blood? Urine? I would do another pregnancy test at home now.

i did another (3rd) preggo test and it was positive again at home.. the 1st 2 preg tests were clear blue and this one was EPT the digital ones for both. I never had this problem with my daughter I am so depressed....

I think I could be 2 weeks i had an annual on June 18, got my period on June 2 and now have 3 preggo positive tests... I have another one left thinking of taking it.. going for Beta in morning...

I decided I am totally CRAZY! I took the last EPT test I have and it says PREGGO.. these are all the ones that say 5 days sooner on the package... my DH thinks I am crazy. I SO want this baby...

my neighbor had her 3rd child last sept. this past march she missed her period and was freaking b/c she's always regular. HPT's were all negative. couple of weeks go by still no AF. 4 blood tests at her dr..negative.

She was scheduled to get her tubes tied right after easter and the 5th blood test the dr's took..bam..pregnant.

she had told me with all her pregnancies that HPT's never worked for her. I was surprised it took 5 tests to figure this out..but sure enough, she's now carrying baby # 4.

This JUST happened to me.

I got my BFP at 9dpo (well, three BFPs ), and went to the doc at 12dpo for a urine test. The test at the doc's office came up negative, so they did a beta there AND sent me for another one a few days later. Both tests showed that I was pregnant, and progressing fine. It's just that I was SO early in my pregnancy that it wasn't showing up.

Trust me, I still POAS now (I have a few tests left), and it flashes positive quickly. AND, I have the heartburn and nausea to prove it.

that just happened to me im not due to get my period until tuesday, 2 neg hpt and went for a beta and 5 and under was neg and mine was 6 so they said that im just pregnant by like a day when it was taking, to early to show on hpt

it just happened to me recently. i got 4 positive hpts & 2 negatives, i figured it was just the sensativity of the test and i was early on. i went to the dr and had a sono - I had an empty uterus.

at my dr i had 1 neg n 1 post that was sooo light its bc i was only pregnant 3days dr said my betas came back normal.. i had 7 positives at home though

It's probably just too early.

Many doctors won't even see you until you are 7-8 weeks along to avoid stuff like this. (though I always force my way into their offices as soon as I get a + at home )

the nurses even told me that if the home test is pos then u r more than likely pos bc they detect sooner.

I took 7 at home and had mixed results and I at Dr. office that came back negative. My Dr said HCG hormone, which detects pregnancy, varies daily and person to person, so they sent me for blood work for final answer.

went for BETA this morning will find out result by 4 today.. I pray it comes back I am pregnant.. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME

Yes,, this happened to me .. I took an at home test and it was positive. so i went into the Dr's Office and the pee test came back Neg so the dr said Lets take your blood just in case but it says Neg. i will call you with Results.

so a week goes by no phone call and i call him and asked what my blood was he said No im not prego i said are you sure cause i still didnt get my friend .. so he told me to take another at home test and if it came back postive i needed to seehim right away

so I run out Buy another test and its Postive so next morning i go in to see him and of course his Pee test Finally came back Postive..

I guess 1st reposnce Test is better then Drs LOL

i so think the Dr test is horrible.

I did get an internal and the clamydia test whichmy office gives.. I said I have a daughter already why do I need this.. they said its routine lol

anyway, at 11pm last night i had brownish discharge small amount.. nothing today.. went for beta cannot wait till 4pm UGH

That happened to my Sister In Law, and she went home from the Dr. and still didnt' get her period and bought a few more tests all saying positive. Finally the Dr. calls after getting blood tests back and said he was wrong she is pregnant. So, they aren't always right!!!
