Stupid Question
When charting your temp. When do you start doing that? Like just randomly and go from there or when your period starts? I haven't a clue what to do. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I am lost. I thought I knew when I ovulated and I am in the end of my 2ww, I should get AF in a few days but I haven't had any of her symptoms but one never knows with her. So if I do get her I wanna start doing the temp thing, I just dont know when to start. TIA!

No stupid questions here! We're all learning!
Some people start charting at the end of AF. Personally, I chart all the time just to get an idea of my temps. You can start the last day or 2 of AF or just temp every day. I find its easier to remember to temp when I'm doing it every day.
But you do want to start at the beginning of your cycle. Starting to temp after you think you have O'd is really too late because you don't get an idea of what your temps are pre-O and you need to know that to see if they stay higher after Oing (which is a sign of PG).

Thank you soo much! I was so confused lol! I think I will temp everyday that way I remember to do it as well. Thanks for the info! One more question though...What is the name of the book everyones always talking about? I think I should get that!

It's called "Taking Charge of Your fertility" you can probably find it on ebay or Amazon or any bookstore. I think I bought mine at Amazon.

I say you start the day AF starts... and follow through until AF starts again the following cycle. And yes, that book explains it all for you.
