Are you ef*ing kidding me? long...
A little background:
Back when I was ttc DC #1 I found out that a coworker had also seen an RE so I felt that I had an ally in her and had someone to talk to. Fast foward a few months later when I got pg, I heard all sorts of things that she was saying behind my back, and that to my face she said that she resented me for being pg when she wasn't. It was an unhealthy relationship after that, needless to say so I was professional, and kept it only to a work relationship I never told anyone of the things she said except for my close coworder (in case she went psyco on me).
Over the course of the last year we mended fences, but I'm still cautious of her. I stronly believe in second chances and I did feel badly for her for all she went thru.
This morning she comes over to me and IN FRONT FOR ALL TO HEAR says "here are a few coupons for pg tests. Not sure if you need them, but I figure you could use them if you need to".
She doesn't know anything about this IUI and to do that in front of the nosy people I work with, is just too much for me. I said nothing, just "um, ok. thanks" and prayed hard that the nosies would just brush this off, but I know them and they won't (no one except my boss and two close coworkers who I know don'' speak to this woman know swhat's going on).
I mean, who does this. Who clips pg coupons for people when they don't even know what's going on? For that matter, why would you even go there?
I'm sorry, but I'm feeling she's acting a bit stalker ish.
Anyone? I'm I just overreacting?

That is very unprofessional and she sounds likes she still resents your journey.
I would speak with her privately and calmly and let her know that what she did was uncalled for and also unprofessional. You would appreciate it if she kept your personal life out of the office. I would then remove her from my circle of trust, so to speak.

I'd be pizzed too!!!! How dare she make such an "announcement" about something that is so personal. She could easily have gone up to you quietly and said "here I have some coupons if u need...."

Exactly!! If she would have done it during lunch or before/after work, maybe I would have been ok with it.
But then she also gives me Huggies coupons. I think that's what gives me the creeps. That she even bothered to do that one. Again, sorry if anyone thinks I'm overracting, but I just get an uneasy feeling about her.
These are the types of people you read about who take babies from hospitals (again, overreacting?). I've felt that all along. But she portrays her self as all nice and sweet in front of people, then if she gets upset, she's all f this and f that all over the place. AND...get this...all she reads are murder mysteries.

I have to agree...and I wouldn't say anything to her alone....if she is borderline psycho she could take whatever you say and twist it around, just be careful.
