Sketchers sneakers
I read Women's Health and I keep seeing these Sketchers "fitness" sneakers advertised. They claim that wearing these sneakers helps to strengthen your legs and lower back and improve posture. I saw a woman wearing them in the doctors office today but was too shy to ask what she thought of them. Does anyone have them? How do you like them? Are they worth the $$ ?

I saw them @ Sketchers in Tanger... they def will add 2inches to your height and are bulky.
Wear your old sneakers and go walk on tredmill on an incline or some hills ..lol...
IMO - Fitness Gimick.

I have them. I like them because I have terrible posture and lower back problems due to a herniated disc. They are worth it in that sense and it doesnt hurt that walking around in them helps burn extra calories
