Im a runner...run about 20-25 miles a week and replace my seakers every 5-6 months.

Im not a runner but I work in sneakers and work out a lot too. I go through 3 pairs of sneakers easy in 1 year. I like Nike.

I don't wear sneakers to often so once a year or so. I got nice ones for my birthday in Sept and they still look brand new.

closer to 15 to 20 miles for me- but I get new sneakers every 6 months
