insomnia anyone? other than my REALLY sore boobs and occassional nausea-im having terrible trouble sleeping. Combine lack of sleep with my hormones and i am an emotional 'nightmare' for my poor DH
LOL, I don't have insomnia, but I definitely have a more difficult time falling asleep - then I wake up 5x a night to pee - and I've been waking earlier in the morning. But when I sleep, I sleep deeply, thank goodness. Normally I am a very light sleeper.
I have had some sad moments, where I feel like crying for no reason. My boobs are very sore and my nausea is generally mild. I did throw up last night, but I think it's because I started taking DHA/fish oil with my PNV.
Hang in there SweetDreams!!!!

I have been sleeping so much better. Its really weird LOL. Before becoming pregnant I always had trouble falling a sleep and I was a very light sleeper. but about i week before finding out i found myself falling asleep earlier and being able to sleep alot better through the night.

My DH is annoyed but laughs off my forgetfulness and stupid moments! And he doesn't mind that I now burp!!!! LOL

I've never been a great sleeper. Some weeks i sleep throughout the night, others i wake in the middle of the night. When I do sleep, im out like a light and Ive alwasy been a light sleeper. So wierd. maybe hormones, maybe anxiety (Im a teacher and the first day of school is fast approaching). I just get a little nervous and want to make sure im getting enough.

I had insomnia from a week before my bfp until about 6 wks. Now its better but a wake at least 3 times to pee. When I was PG with DS my insomnia came and went thru the whole pregnancy so I'm sure it will be back, but for now its gone. After I pee I'm right back to sleep thankfully.

this is me too! my boobs aren't too sore but definitely enough to notice it. but the insomnia is out of control. i fall asleep ok but then wake up around 2-3 and there is nothing i can do to fall back asleep. it's horrible! the other thing is that i've been having very vivid, sometimes very bad dreams so that doesn't help. and as far as the emotions go...i am right there with ya! i watched that movie "stepmom" on tv today and sobbed so hard (and i've seen it before). DH doesn't know what to do with me!

LOL< I thought I was the only one who can't sleep. All I heard from my friends was that "You'll be soooo tired" "Get your sleep while you can!" Well....I'm TRYING and it's not working. Hence it is 11:30 and I am on the computer...I tried going to bed at 9...didn't work.

You can add me to the insomnia list. It's horrible, I fall asleep okay, but I wake up and cannot for the life of me go back to sleep. Then I have to wake up early for DC, and I'm sooooo exhausted. Oh and I now have acne My skin is horrible!! This too shall pass.

Yes! The acne! It was worse for me, it seems, the first 5 weeks. I think I've only gotten one new pimple the past week or two. I'm trying to get rid of the old ones, now! I got about 7 on my chin and 3 or 4 along my jawline.
FYI Salycilic Acid (sp?) is a no-no during pregnancy. I'm using something that has benzoil peroxide in it.

We had our 8 week sono today, too. "She" is growing like she's 3 days older than "she" is. We are thrilled and soooo relieved. I love technology!

I went to the OB today and everything is looking great, HB, size everything, but I am feeling crampy today which is making me nervous. Its just a dull pain, low in my abdomen. Kind of like what I felt right after BFP. Just me growing maybe? Anyone else? DS is 3 so I don't remember if this is normal or not.

Cramping is normal :) You're stretching probably and feeling the ligaments. Do the cramps last for a few seconds or minutes? Do they last a long time? Do you have any bleeding? If you have cramping with bleeding call OB. Otherwise, it's normal and good!

No, no bleeding. If there was I'd be a flipping out mess bc I have already had 2 early losses. And its not a sharp pain like the round ligament pain its more like pressure way down there like just above what would be the hairline. Its been on and off, but more on than off today. Maybe from the internal?

I'm sorry about your early losses. :(
I haven't had the pain you're talking about. This is my first pregnancy so I'm definitely not an expert. Call your OB if you're concerned. Let's see what the other ladies say. I'm thinking it could definitely be from the exam you had yesterday.
