I'm in the minority, but I feel like family is not always the best choice for child care.
I know with us, if we need my MIL, she will watch DD. But she makes us go to her or she will be late getting to our house. Not all the time, but enough to make it frustrating, you know.
I hope it works out for you either way, but I'd go with day care.

Given the price, that your trust your SIL, convenient location, I would pick SIL without a doubt.

At such young age, to me, this is a no brainer...go with your SIL! I feel so fortunate to have had my mom and SIL watch my son for the first two years of his life...it was GREAT for all of us. He is starting daycare/preschool next month.
