Re Recommendations
Looking for RE,I am debating between
RMA in Mineola
And
Long island IVF in melville, but don't know any of the doctors.
Can you recommend your doctor

I see Dr. Kuokkanen at LI-IVF in Melville. I really like the staff and their monitoring hours are super convenient (from 6:30am - 9am).

I go to LIIVF and see Dr. Brenner. He is not the most warm and fuzzy guy- more stick to the matter at hand kind of guy. However, when I went for my egg retrieval he was as warm and kind as I could have hoped.
In the beginning he knew I was not sure about IVF initially and he never pressured me during my consultation. My friend recommended me to him and also thought highly of him.
Hours are convenient, nurses are great. Good luck on your journey.

I see Dr. Brenner as well. The more I am under his care, the more I like him. Just like PP said, he is not exactly warm and fuzzy but he is very kind and has a nice way of explaining things. Dr. Kuokannen has done my sono a few times there and I really liked her as well!!!!!! GL

I also go to LI IVF and see Dr. Droesch. Dr. Brenner did my retrieval and 2 transfers. Dr. Kuokannen did my thrid transfer.
The office staff and nurses are wonderful also!

I used Dr Herschlog at The Center for Reproduction out of NSUH. They were all great there.

I love RMA. Of course everyone is going to rec the place they got pg. But I think Dr Flisser, his staff and lab is top notch. I had a failed fresh and failed frozen ivf at LI IVF. With both cycles, I (and my subsequent doctors) could point to a precursory issue that caused the cycle to fail. I actually moved my last two embies to RMA from LI IVF and got pg. Look at the SART stats.

LI IVF girl here. Dr. Kenisberg is my doctor and hes been very good. Although you have little contact between you and the doctor ( speaking when i was on Clomid), he did return my phone calls anytime I had questions!
