I went at 4 weeks pp and had an internal and got the all clear for activities.

mine did also. It was considered my yearly visit. I got my pills and walked out.

I had my 2 week PP follow-up (for csection) and all my OB did was make googley eyes at  and check my incision -- and proceed to tell me how ridiculously proud he was of his work. the man basically did a tap dance!! my incision is SOOO low that he called it a vaginal c-section 
I had a very low incision, too...and my 2-week checkup went much the same way. She was so proud, I'm surprised she didn't have the other docs come in to ogle at me
hahaha
he actually told me that he expects that if the surgery comes up during a chat with my "mom friends" that I "whip it out" and flaunt it
my OB is a nut and i love him

it's terrible I can't remember and my DD is 5 1/2 months - I'm pretty sure there was no internal - just an incision check

Me too! My friend actually had a problem with her stitches healing, so it was a good thing they checked.
