oww!! stopping the pump..
how exactly do you stop pumping?? I have exclusively pumped for my daughter's 4 months, and the last few weeks only pumped about 4 times a day. I am stopping now.... what do I do? My boobs are killing me with the weaning that I am doing!!

Everyday I increased the time between pumping, and eventually just stopped - it hurt for a few days, then got better

Eeek I'm not looking forward to that day... from what I hear a tight-fitting sports bra helps with the pain as you wean off the pump. Hope it gets better soon!
