Wifi in Huntington
Hi, I work from home all the time. I'd like to know if there are any good spots in Huntington that have free wifi (or cheap wifi) that are good places to work. I don't make a lot of noise, so it can be a quiet place. I've seen that the Huntington Library has wifi, has anyone used it? is it any good?

I'm not sure about places in Huntington but you can go to any Starbucks. They have wifi.

I used to study in the huntington library and the Wifi was good. THat was about 3 years ago so it probably a bit better.
ALso most of the Panera's have it too.

If you have optimum online at home, it's usually available around town.
I've had internet access at Hecksher Park before.

Thanks, do you know if it's free at panera and starbucks? If not, can you do some kind of plan? Also is the quality really good? I guess I just have to go there and try it. I have to VPN and work on a machine over the network so I need it to be as fast possible. At home I have FIOS which is really great.

I often use Panera wifi for work to VPN to clients, and I have never had a problem. I have used Starbucks also, but I found it slower for some reason...maybe it was the starbucks I was in (not Huntington  ).
ETA...Panera is FREE
