spotting?
I'm 5DPO and last night I started to feel AF-like cramping. It continued for a bit today and just now when I went to the bathroom, I had some spotting on my underwear. When I wiped, there was nothing. 
Last cycle, when I got my BFP and chemical, I didn't experience this. Could it be implantation spotting? I'm so negative these days, not to get my hopes up again.

That very well could be implantation spotting.
What color was the spotting? They say implantation usually is light pink to brownish.

It sounds like implantation spotting to me! Which is a very good sign to mee! With DS I had implantation spotting, with my chemical I didn't have any, and with this pregnancy I got it again!

it definitely COULD be, but I know what you mean about not wanting to get your hopes up.
Have you BD'd recently? I remember a couple cycles ago I spotted VERY slightly a few days after ovulation and I definitely swore it was implantation. But then AF arrived right on time. I assume the spotting was just because we had BD'd that day.. maybe it was a little too rough  lol. I dunno.
So ya never know!!! But if you didn't BD at all and if that's not normal (to spot before AF) then it most absolutely COULD be implantation. I hope it is. Keeping my fingers crossed for you

DH and I did BD yesterday afternoon, but it wasn't rough I guess time will tell!
I have been experience AF-like cramps this weekend too. Who knows! All I know, is that I'm praying!!

hehe. Well with me, it was more because it was a 'quickie' and I think I may have been a little too dry. That's PROBABLY what caused the very very minor spotting. It never left a mark on my undies, it was just there a little when I wiped. Hasn't happened since.
Definitely hoping yours is implantation though!!! This is right around the time that it WOULD happen - - so praying that's what it is
