I have a silly question

I had my D&C 5 weeks ago. Last week I got AF so I went to my doc for b/w and a sono (to start a new cycle) and the bloodwork came back with elevated beta levels (I am not sure of the # - I have to ask my doc).
Would I still have gotten AF if beta was not at 0?

When I got my period back, my levels had not returned to 0--actually it was in the 30s only a couple of days before that.

And, that's not a silly question...it's a very good question!!

Ya i don't think that is unusual. My doc doesn't 'do much blood work so I don't know what mine were at with AF. but if you doc told you to wait 2 cycles then I am sure it will be 0 by then...
