stupid swine flu

sorry for yet ANOTHER swine flu post but it is going around the school i work in again! i had 8 kids out in one of my classes today and 3 were confirmed flu cases! the others were listed as ill or fever.
i wasn't going to get the shot but now i think i might- i called my doc office (south bay obgyn) and they STILL don't have the shot! why recommend it if we can't get it!

i know, i am also a teacher and that has made my decision to get it, i called 3 different places today about getting it and when i said i was pregnant 2 of them told me i need to speak to my dr and get a letter of permission to get it


then why am i in a group highly recommended to get it
thankfully one place will give it to me, but i am in brooklyn so that probably doesn't help you
