Nose Bleeds
My dh had one the other night that he got 2 blood clots with.
Is this normal and why would it happen?

I always and only get nose bleeds when it's really cold out and start to put the heat on higher.

i get nose bleeds from flying and the heat.. tell him to try using saline spray before bed, that helps me!

Also try a cold air humidifier.

Also try putting a dab of vaseline inside the nostril, it prevents it from getting too dry at night. I always got nosebleeds during the winter when the heat was on, due to dryness. Once I started using vaseline they stopped entirely.
