Ovulating
I just came off the pill a couple of months ago and am trying to figure if I have any symptoms of ovulating. Can period like cramps midcyle be a sign of ovulating?

Yes mine is like a sharp twinging. For me I have found the best symptoms of ovulation are egg white cervical mucous-stretcy and thin slightly irridescent or clear and a positive OPK
