I'm going to be a 2 under two mommy too...and we are in SHOCK! Let's just say we thought this was impossible. 
I went the doctor this past week but it was still a little early to see the heartbeat...so I go back in two weeks. I feel pregnant but I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around it! Don't get me wrong though, we are thrilled!
I'll come out after I see the heartbeat. I post regularly although it's been less since having my little guy.

Ok, apparently we all drank a really potent batch of water lol. We got out BFP on New Years Day...started the new year off with a bang.
I went to the OB on Thursday, but like you, it was too early to see anything..I was only 4 wks & 4 days...so I go back in 2 wks as well...maybe when I see the heartbeat, it will sink in, but for now, I'm in total shock & disbelief.
Congrats to you! How far apart will your DC's be??
