Shower rave! Piccola Bussola in Mineola
We had my sister's baby shower last saturday and I can't say enough about Piccola Bussola in Mineola, NY. We had approximately 35 people and everyone was raving about the service, the room and most of all, the food! We had a private room but for a larger affair, you can use the main dining room. Valet parking and the attendants carried every baby gift into the restaurant. My aunts never had to lift a finger.
Choice of salad, choice of pasta, choice of 3 entrees, unlimited wine, pitchers of soda on table, assorted breads, cappucino, espresso, tea and coffee.
. . . and best of all, instead of a cake we went with dessert platters on each table - a HUGE platter of fresh fruit, cannoli, slices of cheesecake, tartuffo, chocolate mouse cake, lemon tart, and other things I can't even remember.
If anyone is looking for a shower in Nassau - I can't recommend this place highly enough!!!!!!!!

I love this place normally. SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!! Especially the fried Calamari.

I beleive I saw a private room when i went to the one on Jericho tpke. I think they have a few locations

They do have a private room - we had 35 people and it was great. The room probably holds up to 50. Private bathrooms for the room.
Prices are one of 3 packages - package one is @$33 per person - includes choice of salad or pasta, choice of 3 entrees, choice of cake or dessert platter.
Package two (the one we chose) is @$36 per person. Choice of salad, then choice of pasta course, then choice of 3 entrees, then dessert.
Package three is @$39 or $38 per person - includes an antipasta course (hot or cold), then salad course, then pasta course, then entree, then dessert.
All packages have coffee,tea, cappucino and espresso. All packages have unlimited wine (red, white, zinfandel - carafes on table), soda, soft drinks.
Larger affairs are held in the main dining room.
