Cape Home Bathroom
Has anyone added a full size bathroom in their cape? I have no bathroom on the top floor. Just a closet at the top of the stairs and I want to put on a small extension to put a bathroom there. Anyone with thoughts of prices?

I would love to know the answer to this!!!
We already have a small bathroom at the top of the stairs, in what used to be a small closet. I would love to bump it out a bit and make room for a shower!!

The previous owners had that done to our house. They made the closet between the two bedrooms into a full bathroom (tub, not just shower stall). It's small, but hey, it's functional. I believe they bumped out one wall to install a window.
I think they said it cost about $10,000 to do the whole thing, from permits to supplies to labor.
