I think I O' on day 10, 11 or 12. I'm usually on a 27 day cycle (average) sometimes 26 days and sometimes 28 days. Would that be considered a long luteal phase? If so are there any implications becasue of it?
Re: Spinoff:What is considered a long luteal phase?
I think you are fine.
This is what I just found online... "The luteal phase is normally 14 days long and on an average it can be anywhere from 10 to 17 days long. If your luteal phase lasts anything under 10 days it is considered a luteal phase defect"
