When does your temp rise?
If PG-after implant? Or are they not related?

your temp will rise to show you ovulated. It should show a clear spike the day of O- two days after at the latest.
If PG your temps will stay high and never go back down to pre ) levels.

My temps went down to previous levels when I was first PG. that is why I was so confused

I'm sorry I wasn't clear-here is my chart
-I meant after PG-I think I may be going triphasic and I have some symptoms so I was wodering do triphasic temps start after implant or are they not related?Chart

Usually triphasic temps occur after implantation....because the Hcg is what makes the the corpus luteum secrete more progesterone.....

yes after implantation they will jump up even more on occasion. Its not a fail all method, but its surely a good sign.
Temmps falling down to hoover the coverline is a bad sign or clear indicator of needing progesterone supp's.
The chart looks GOOD!
