English Teachers!!!
I'm starting "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court", which is one of my favorite units to do. I teach ESL, so the version that we use is VERY condensed and write in simple English. Normally, I show my middle school kids "A Kid in King Arthur's Court" to supplement it, but I'm really not thrilled with it. I feel while it keeps the basic idea, it's got different characters and varies.
Does anyone have any other verisions that they use/know of? I know there's a version with Bing Crosby I don't want to show the old musical version to middle school!
