Vitamin rave for helping me with TTC
FertilAid
When I got my BFP, I posted about FertilAid Vtamin and wanted to post again since some of you may be new to to the board.
DH & I were TTC for over 9 months. I had not received a period in an entire year & even before that I would get it about 4 times a year. Went to 2 different Dr's & 1 RS who told me that my uterine lining was too thin & therefore not ovulating & even if I was my lining was so thin that an embryo would be unable to attach to the uterine wall.
They were going to start me on infertility treatments which would have been $ for us so I researched products on my own & found this vitamin. I 100% believe that this is the reason I got pregnant & now have a beautiful 2 month old baby boy.
I bought 3 months supply of vitamins & after using OPK's found that I was ovulating after taking the pills for only 1 month & got my BFP 2 weeks later.

Re: Vitamin rave for helping me with TTC
aww... good luck!
I had no side effects or anything. I know that sometimes people are scared to take something that they don't know but this is just full of extra vitamins that your body may not be getting. I couldn't believe that we almost spent thousands of dollars on treatment & then this random pill worked. I hope it can help someone else too
fyi.. there are more reviews on Amazon if you were curious.

Re: Vitamin rave for helping me with TTC
I am almost ready to take this but my husband is hesitant. I would much rather take a vitamin then provera to bring on my period. Is this all natural? Did you consult with your Dr. before taking it? Thank you for posting about this.

Yes, it's natural. I felt the same way about provera. The side effects of provera scared me b/c my body doesn't usually react well to drugs. I didn't consult my Dr first because I figured that it can't do any harm since it's only a vitamin.

Thanks for your response. DH wants me to call the Dr. before I start so I think I'm going to put a call in tomorrow and then hopefully order it. The only thing is I have PCO's and I hope it still will work

Definitely call the Dr if you feel uncomfortable before taking anything.

Re: Vitamin rave for helping me with TTC
To the OP, did you take a multi on top of this? Or did this serve as your multi? I'd be nervous to double-up without a doctor's consent because of the high levels of fat soluble vitamins--mostly A and E (not so much D since new research suggests higher levels of D can be highly beneficial).

Re: Vitamin rave for helping me with TTC
No, I didn't take a multi-vatamin.
This pill was the only thing I took because I was paranoid about over doing it..

I actually ordered them off of Amazon i/o the actual website.. not sure why. I'm thinking maybe the price was cheaper on Amazon at the time.
I have never seen these in a store.

you could probably get away with taking a prenatal with it, you'd have to check out both nutrition facts and then do your homework. IE: you can take up to 1000mcg of folic acid safely, and some OB's prefer higher doses of it anyway, so you'd have to see how much is in your prenatal, etc.
